Well, I'm a creator, so I do a little bit of everything. I'm a Chicago-based performer, and improviser. I've shined on Chicago stages at Second City and the Annoyance Theater, and in 2020 I was a recipient of NBC's Bob Curry Fellowship.

I specialize in physical comedy, voice-over acting and character work. Have you met Lemongrass? She's a real mess!

I'm also a yoga teacher (ERYT200, YACEP) and Founder of Hot Mess Yoga®--sweaty, body-positive yoga to match your messy lifestyle. I've taught over 1,000 yoga classes, and I provide continuing education workshops to yoga students and professionals.
 

And finally, I'm a storyteller, producer and co-host of The Sci-Fi Sigh Podcast: a serial podcast I host with my husband about black science fiction and fantasy.
